Fund I is a $50M workforce housing vehicle focused on Cape Canaveral and several other US spaceports, anchored by a $30M committed investor and open to verified accredited investors only.
Karman Line is the real-estate expression of Spaceport Fund ↗, a broader platform investing in the ground-layer infrastructure of the space economy — workforce housing, shared office and co-working spacecraft labs, propellant logistics, range systems, and the physical infrastructure that makes orbital flight cadence possible. Fund II will follow Fund I, focused on raw-land development and shared infrastructure for the global spaceport network. Operating on conviction, discretion, and time, in partnership with SpaceFund.
