Karman Line lives at the intersection of real estate and the space economy. As launch cadence increases and spaceports are built worldwide, the land and housing immediately surrounding them become strategically valuable infrastructure. Fund I is a $50M workforce housing vehicle focused on Cape Canaveral and several other US spaceports, anchored by a $30M committed investor and open to verified accredited investors only.

Karman Line is the real-estate expression of Spaceport Fund ↗, a broader platform investing in the ground-layer infrastructure of the space economy — workforce housing, shared office and co-working spacecraft labs, propellant logistics, range systems, and the physical infrastructure that makes orbital flight cadence possible. Fund II will follow Fund I, focused on raw-land development and shared infrastructure for the global spaceport network. Operating on conviction, discretion, and time, in partnership with SpaceFund.
