Ramsey Financial Group (RFG) is a Houston, Texas based single-family office that manages the Leo B Womack Family Trust. Established in 1992, RFG seeks to preserve wealth by deploying capital into investment opportunities that not only have good risk/reward ratios but have a positive social impact.

Leo remains as Chairman and startup expert Sepand Moshiri is RFG’s Managing Director. Entrepreneurship expert Meagan Crawford and communications expert Barton Womack round out RFG’s management team. The team is also supported by experienced strategic advisors: Lynne Bentsen, Co-founder of Ramsey Financial Solutions LLC; C. Richard Piazza, veteran life sciences CEO; Bruce Badeau, founder of First Sovereign Equity Research; Thirza Duensing, strategic planning expert with over 30 years of experience and Andrew Nat, managing partner for ThirdWave Partners, LLC.
